Monthly plans
Monthly plans, including Starter ($10 for the first month, then $20/month), can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges; the current month remains active until it ends. Monthly fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law.
Setup fees and the 30-day promise
If your AI team is not live within 30 days of your payment, we refund your setup fee in full. No forms, no fine print. Refunds under this promise are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of your request.
Custom and enterprise work
Custom builds and enterprise engagements follow the refund terms in the signed proposal or statement of work.
